Our approach is to deploy artificial intelligence (AI) to detect preictal phase of seizures (PIPS) in patients suffering from epilepsy. PIPS defines as the time before the generation of epileptic seizures which is electrical activities of the brain recorded by electroencephalogram (EEG) technique. Successful detection of PIPS will augment prediction of seizure attacks. Moreover, the precise diagnosis of PIPS in real-time will help us to administer certain antiepileptic therapy to subside the seizures. For instance, therapies, like non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS), can be implemented optimally to prevent the seizure attacks in these patients.
