PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia

PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (PDSI) is a subsidiary of PERTAMINA, has been operating for more than 10 years. PDSI is engaged in exploration drilling services, exploitation drilling and work over of oil, gas and geothermal. PDSI also provides integrated drilling solutions (one-stop drilling services). During its operation, PDSI has proven its professionalism by fulfill the international standard of ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISRS7. PDSI is fully commited in giving priority to the incident prevention and minimizes the operation risk based in healthy, work safety and environment protection principles that reflects in all policy aspects. PDSI was established in 2008 based on Notary Act Marianne Vincetia Hamdani, SH Number 13 dated June 13, 2008 which has been approved by the minister of Law and Human Right of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU- 39442.AH.01.01 dated July 8, 2008. PDSI initial formation has begun since its become one of the business units in the Upstream Directorate until September 2005, later becoming part of the Business Development Directorate of Pertamina EP. Based on recommendation letter of the Commissioner of PERTAMINA dated December 28, 2007 Number 365/K/DK2007, thus through the Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting dated June 13, 2008, the drilling business unit is transformed to be a stand-alone business named PDSI. Since 2008, the share ownership of PDSI is 99% owned by PERTAMINA and 1% by PHE. On June 18, 2010 the shared ownership composition has changed with 99.87% owned by PERTAMINA and 0.13% by PHE. On December 31, 2015 the shared ownership composition has changed with 99.89% owned by PERTAMINA and 0.11% by PDV. PDSI is engaged in oil and gas drilling services, geothermal and other businesses activities related to drilling service business activities that support the needs of drilling exploration and exploitation of oil, gas and geothermal as well. PDSI conducts drilling activity in both, onshore and offshore.
