Rosenblatt is a trading division of RBG Legal Services Limited which is a subsidiary of RBG Holdings plc, which in 2018 was listed on the London Stock exchange's AIM market. RBG Legal Services Limited also trades as Memery Crystal, a specialist international law business. The Group also owns Convex Capital Limited, a specialist sell-side corporate finance boutique and LionFish Litigation Finance Limited, an innovative litigation finance business.
