Our offer is currently composed of 2 products. ◼︎ Digital Twin as a Service Using state-of-the-art Machine Learning our software collates 3D laser scans and technical data from various sources to deliver a fully accurate 3D "Digital Twin". The intelligent model is then turned into web portal serving as a one-stop-shop for all players. 1. SCAN YOUR FACILITY Perform a simple scan of the facility using standard techniques available on the market (i.e. laser scans, photogrammetry) 2. TURN THE SCAN INTO AN INTELLIGENT 3D MODEL Our software automatically identifies every single object and equipment and creates an easily navigable and searchable 3D model. 3. ACCESS CONSOLIDATED INFORMATION FROM THE 3D PORTAL Each item in the 3D model is linked to the rest of your information system (Engineering documents, Maintenance System, …) and made available online for all stakeholders. ◼︎ As-Built automatic verification Because an industrial facility is never built exactly identical to the As-Designed, engineers and site workers spend an incredible amount of time verifying and reconciling the actual as-built state of the facility with the initial 3D CAD model resulting from the design stage. Using advanced geometrical and topological algorithms, our solution automatically compares your laser scans with 3D CAD models, highlighting all differences that require your attention SCAN YOUR FACILITY Perform a simple scan of the facility using standard techniques available on the market (i.e. laser scans, photogrammetry). Load the scan in our tool, together with the As-Designed 3D CAD model. AUTOMATIC COMPARISON Our software will automatically highlight and report all differences based on the criteria you selected.
