Simply Wellness

Simply Wellness is the brainchild of Dr Umesh Wadhavani, who aims to simplify complex wellness topics to make them easily accessible to a larger audience. A concept through which Dr Wadhavani aims to educate & empower people by teaching them the basics of Nutrition, Fitness training and Mental health so that they can look after their health on their own without relying on medicines. Dr Wadhavani, under the concept of Simply Wellness, has conducted over 500 workshops and interacted with 10k+ individuals.
