Sleepyhead Clinic is dedicated to treating insomnia and related sleep problems. The clinic offers a selection of treatment programmes including group courses, one to one sessions and online sessions delivered by a trained sleep expert. Everybody suffers from sleep problems from time to time, but for some of us it can be an ongoing issue leading to what we call insomnia. Founded by Sleep Specialist Stephanie Romiszewski, Sleepyhead Clinic uses only scientific, proven strategies to treat insomnia and similar sleep issues for long term improvement without the use of medication.
