We have approximately 3,700 employees statewide and perform more than 97 million diagnostic tests per year. Sonora Quest Laboratories offers a comprehensive test menu that encompasses routine, molecular, prescription drug monitoring, genetic/genomic, women's health, and pathology testing services. My Lab ReQuest™ provides consumers direct access to a diverse range of affordable screening tests that can be ordered online at SonoraQuest.com or in any of Sonora Quest's more than 70 patient service centers across Arizona. With the consolidated capabilities of our main testing laboratories, gene-based testing through our cytogenetics division - Palo Verde Laboratory, our Banner Health hospital network, and the additional esoteric capabilities of Quest Diagnostics'​ Centers of Excellence, we are able to offer unmatched convenience in utilizing one laboratory for all diagnostic and prognostic clinical testing needs. Sonora Quest Laboratories is a subsidiary of Laboratory Sciences of Arizona, which manages the Banner Medical Center laboratories throughout Arizona and the Western Division.
