Sorbonne Universites
Sorbonne University is an alliance of 11 university institutions committing to strengthen the relations between them and create new academic courses and research programs in the fields of science, medicine, human and social science, engineering, business management, and arts. The alliance educates nearly 60 000 students on a yearly basis, 5 000 of which are PhD students. Members include : - Paris-Sorbonne University (Paris IV) - Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris 6) - INSEAD - University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC) - National Museum of Natural History - French National Centre for Scientific Research - French Institute of Health and Medical Research - French Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation - French Institute of Research for the Development. - Pôle Supérieur d'Enseignement Paris Boulogne-Billancourt (PSPBB - training in music, theater and jazz dance) - Centre international d'études pédagogiques (French language abroad)
