SOS Parks

SOS Parks is a network of volunteers dedicated to the rescue of protected areas in danger by creating awareness and providing expertise. We focus on hands-on, sustainable solutions at the local level. The organisation developed from an academic exercise during the Master of Science study "Management of Protected Areas" at the University of Klagenfurt, Austria, to a network of excited individuals coming from different professional backgrounds and continents with the intention to save our planet's natural and cultural heritage which assets may disappear if no action is taken.
