Southern Equity is a multi-family office for the future. We are innovating and expanding with our more than 50 individual company collaborators. Combined, our contributors generate more than a billion dollars a year in revenue and employee more than 5,000 amazing people. Based in the U.S. Virgin Islands, we are able to leverage tax incentive programs and top talent as we embark on new, more daring adventures. Founded in 2008 by entrepreneur Allen Nance, Southern Equity has grown beyond what we originally imagined. And that is in no small part due to our diverse partnerships and our inclusive philosophy. We've set our sights on disruptive growth that leans into the realities of the world, leveraging trends instead of running from them. We've drafted our own atlas to guide us through the inevitable storms. We explore and leverage opportunities with longevity, not simply for short-term gain.
