The Company was founded in 2017, and its management arm is headquartered in Zurich. Building from our seed portfolio, we aim to become one of the largest focused commercial value-add investors in Swiss real estate. We believe this particular segment is under-served and our investment approach combines long-standing local market expertise with blue-chip real estate private equity experience and international capital markets know-how.
