Services can include the following: o Initiative schedule maintenance (deliverables, meetings, and actions and related responsible party, status, due date, dependencies etc.); o Identification and development of necessary KPIs and process changes; o Preparation of weekly status reports for key executives and other identified stakeholders; o Assistance in developing and communicating initiative meeting agendas; o Leadership and/or assistance in the development of deliverables, including the development of documents, spreadsheet tools, and prototype dashboards and reports; o Assistance in developing materials that might assist a third-party to review product platform implementation and maintenance efficiency
