Student Employment Software supports programs that help High School and College students find experiential learning opportunities. We believe that all students benefit from real-world experience to deepen their skills, introduce them to new adult mentors, and make their classroom education more relevant. All students are different, with different needs, skill levels and aspirations. Whether it's part-time jobs, internships or community service, we help communities provide students with the opportunities they need to grow. Our web-based software allows cities, schools and civic groups to manage youth-oriented programs with a minimum of overhead while still maintaining appropriate controls. The system tracks data and manages communications while allowing students, employers and staff access to the program 24/7. We support two types of programs. The first is a community-based youth-employment program which allows local employers or organizations to post job opportunities and community service openings for students. Based on profile information, the system alerts students interested in the job posted by e-mail of the opening, leading to quick responses. Students can also browse available listings on demand. The second is a school-based internship program. Internship sites post internships, which students are assigned to by program administrators. The system handles all of the record keeping, including registration requirements, documents and sign-offs. We're passionate about helping students grow to reach their full potential.
