Tenaya Therapeutics is a biotechnology company. The Company was founded in 2016 by leading cardiovascular scientists from the David J. Gladstone Institutes and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. We are a biotechnology company committed to a bold mission: to discover, design, develop and deliver curative therapies that address the underlying drivers of heart disease. Our vision is to change the treatment paradigm for heart disease, and in doing so improve and extend the lives of millions of individuals and families fighting this debilitating disease. We are advancing a pipeline of disease-modifying therapies developed using our product platforms and core internal capabilities to target defined sub-populations of patients with rare or highly prevalent forms of heart disease.
