Founded in 2015, but based on years of Industry experience, That's My Call Ltd provides premier Telephone Answering Services to its Clients. Our small team of Agents has over 35 years' experience in the Communications arena. All are highly trained and experienced in telephone techniques and etiquette and are fully briefed with the Client's requirements. We endeavor NOT to sound like a typical Call Centre, instead we would rather our Agents come over as engaged, perceptive members of your staff – to that end we do not read from "scripts" or use automated response systems. That's My Call Agents answer all inbound calls diverted from the Client's number during normal UK Office hours. (24/7 cover is also available). All calls are answered with the company name and a detailed message is taken – Messages are then passed on to the relevant contact, as quickly as possible, either by email, fax and/or SMS. Alternatively, important calls can be seamlessly transferred to you at your location.
