The African Institute for Socio-Economic Development emerged from the work that Kuba Technologies has been doing with a focus on the Job Booster Program and the outcome that the project has been recording. At Kuba, we realized that to achieve our goal of building sustainable micro-enterprise owners across the African continent, We would need to build partnerships with other organizations. The desire to collaborate with us led to Kuba launching the African Institute for Socio-Economic Development, as a developmental arm of Kuba Technologies. The aim is to be a catalyst for youth development through delivering programs and projects that empower small business owners across the African continent to be self-motivated towards building sustainable businesses that create jobs within their communities. Our Vision Creating a platform that boosts socio-economic development in Africa through collaboration and partnerships with other organizations invested in Africa's development Our Mission Empowering small business owners to grow and create sustainable businesses and Jobs through learning and development. Our Objectives Our objective is to stimulate local economies through: Job creation. Create opportunities for existing entrepreneurs to expand, and for new entrepreneurs to emerge. Increase the income returns from economic activities and for workers employed in micro-enterprises. Increase asset creation and the better use of existing assets to create value
