Founded in 2022 by a team with over 25 years of combined experience building and operating small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs), The Business Concierge Team is on a journey to provide market making services to reduce friction and enhance the trajectory of SMBs throughout the US. Our first product launched is aimed at supporting SMBs in identifying if they qualify for the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) and helping them get their refund form filed quickly and accurately. Building relationships with SMBs through this process, we will look to identify other areas of need and build a line-up of solutions in the marketplace to support those areas. We endeavor to evolve with the needs of our clients and create a go-to marketplace of key products and services!
