The Fourth Floor is an innovative membership community (and ecosystem). We democratize access to under-the-radar startup board seats and investment opportunities by leveraging community and a digital platform, as a way to create wealth and drive systemic change. By addressing the needs of two under-served populations simultaneously (women board candidates and women founders), we have essentially created a novel marketplace for board and investment opportunities where women are the primary participants and beneficiaries.
