The Masala Story Founded in February 2020, The Masala Story serves authentic North Indian cuisine. The food chain offers premium and authentic dishes including freshly cooked dum biryani's, kebabs, delectible curries, kulchas and a variety of breads, phirni and more out of its Haryana Noida and Delhi outlets. We believe that the delicate balance of spices used in Indian cuisine are key to preserving the original flavor of the food. Keeping this in mind and combining the flavours and spices that are so integral to North Indian Cuisine, The Masala Story a unit of MR Enterprises came into existence. Times have never been tougher for the food and beverage business than it is today. Despite that, The Masala Story, opened four 8 outlets in Delhi and NCR, serving authentic royal north Indian cuisineDelivery/take away kitchen brand continued its expansion.Even with thesese unpredictable times, our innovative techniques and strategize their business, lead up to ussix new outlets opening with our first year of operation. What sets us apart is our traditional style of cooking authentic north Indian style food, in earthen pots and carefully delivering them in their personalized containers and specially curated boxes. This helps the client enjoy delicious food without any mess. The packaging also ensures as a sustainable approach to the environment. Catering to the highest levels of hygiene and safety standards/guidelines, we had had to sacrifice some of its energy and character, that had defined us in order to operate safely during the ongoing pandemic.
