We're driven by our Mindful CIO Manifesto and exploring ways for Australian tech leaders to discuss building a sustainable, future way of working, with human centric leadership at the core. We're driven to improve the lives of people in IT by upgrading leader and organisation capabilities. The Mindful CIO set of principles works by building an engaged community and education to improve the capabilities of emerging and current IT leaders. We encourage IT leaders to develop human skills over technical prowess, to build sustainable healthy cultures and to create diversity, humanity and focus within the industry.
