Clean, sparkling, full flavoured, brilliant tap-served beers. This has always been a key part of our independent brewing philosophy. From Full Steam Pale lager's delicate mineralized taste to Brunswick Bitter's robust, uniquely Australian and edgy character, we like to keep our beers clean and fresh. We do this because we are obsessed with quality, taste and freshness. Our theme for 2013 was aroma hops. Over 50 brews later, our crowning glory Hop Star Extra Pale Ale has proven to be aromatic, enduringly complex yet balanced. But in 2014 our brewing focus is botanicals. More than 100 rare botanicals will be trialled and lots of beers brewed. So expect great tasting new beer experiences in 2014.
