TOYO MODEC OFS India (“OFS India”) is a joint venture company formed by a partnership between Toyo Engineering India Private Limited (‘Toyo India’), a subsidiary of Toyo Engineering Corporation and Offshore Frontier Solutions Pte. Ltd. (‘OFS’), a MODEC Group company. Established as a Global Capability Centre in Bengaluru, OFS India will execute Front End Engineering & Design (FEED), detailed engineering and provide procurement support for the topsides of Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) projects, among its primary business activities.
