Track Carbon is an early-stage start up which uses techniques in data analytics to help UK-based companies to transition to low carbon, sustainable businesses. Our single emissions management software allows companies to access emissions data in a simplified format that serve audit and external disclosure requirements, but also granular enough for situated impact analyses. This tool serves as a tracker to enable monitoring, planning, and evaluation as part of an overall performance review. Our principle activities and service offering include;  Undertaking full emissions audit of companies to determine its' yearly GHG emissions, and energy usage for disclosure under the SECR guidelines  Science-based target setting for reduction of GHG emissions  Fostering climate risk resilience through identification of material risks based on your transition pathway, and the associated costs to be reflected in your Financial Statements.
