Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller is a family owned international food business with a clear purpose and ambition. We bring added value through the manufacture and distribution of great food products which are loved by consumers and our customers. Our vision is to continue to grow profitably through innovation and brands, scale and operational excellence. To enable our progress we aim to be a high performing international organisation where people love to work. At the core of our business is the entrepreneurship shown by Theo Müller Snr. Under his leadership it has grown to employ more than 24,000 people with production and sales operations in more than 10 countries. These include Germany, the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Israel. In the dairy segment we manage the business of subsidiaries with strong and iconic brands including Müller, Weihenstephan, Sachsenmilch and Käserei Loose. Retail brands and basic dairy products, such as butter, UHT milk, lactose powder and whey protein, complete the portfolio. In addition to the milk-processing subsidiaries, the packaging company Optipack, the company's own logistics firm Culina and Müller Naturfarm, one of the largest fruit-processing companies in Germany, also belong to the Group. Activities in the field of convenience food also come under the umbrella of the Group. The product range includes leading brands in the chilled gourmet salad segment, sauces and fish specialties, such as Homann, Nadler, Lisner, Hamker, Pfennigs and Hopf, plus a number of different private label products. The Group also owns NORDSEE, the Group is bundling modern sea food concepts, serving a range of consumer groups with a variety of offerings.
