Veritas International Nominees and Trustees Limited ("VINT") is a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana in July 2017, to carry on the business of trustee services and business advisory consultancy. In its first year of business, VINT has advised many companies on how to restructure their business and comply with regulatory requirements. VINT has also conducted due diligence and negotiated transactions on behalf of its clients and has represented clients as agents before statutory and regulatory bodies.
