Our goal is to deliver the absolute purest premium alpine char (salvelinus alpinus) to the market within end 2025. VERO is Italian for real or true. NOR is short for Nordic. In other words, VERONOR means REAL NORDIC and that's our goal to show the world how clean food can be made from the cleanest environment our globe has to offer us. We will redefine what's possible in natural food production along taking care of our globe. We shall make the cleanest, the most nutritious, pesticide-free, non-GMO food, sustainably produced in the world. When developing tomorrows food farms we have focus on four pillars in our development and planning; Environmental impact We must be aware of our responsibility and do not adversely affect the environment. All our businesses shall at least be climate neutral and leave the lowest carbon footprint possible. Sustainability Our products shall be packed in the most eco-friendly packaging available at all times In the market. 100% must be recyclable. Being technological in front Technology develops in a furious pace, costs are reduced and efficiency increases. We will produce the highest quality of natural food and go from being a raw material producer to a refined one, and therefore controlling more the value chain. We are developing new eco systems that are unique technologically. Grown locally The trend is that more and more food are being produced locally. That's why we invest both in the Nordic region and abroad! In the Nordic region we import a high percentage of what we eat, so also in other parts of the world.
