W.A.N, an abbreviation for Women Advocacy Network. The network is purposefully designed as a "women-focused solutions HIVE" in Ghana. Primarily, it is an impact-oriented innovation space for sustainable mentorship and education of passionate young female entrepreneurs and idea-bearers to take an active part in leadership, entrepreneurship and social development. The 3Ds of WAN: We DISCOVER, DEVELOP, and DEPLOY vibrant and enterprising young women assume leadership roles across all social impact and professional influence fields. Our Shared Value is to deploy empowered young women to partake in high-level decision-making to ensure gender parity across all national and local development sectors.
