WEN Business Club
WEN provides resources such as live trainings, courses, collaboration opportunities, and opportunities for self-development and to learn business strategies which will help development and grow your business. Live training's are run twice a month, once within the WEN Facebook group and once in the format of a webinar. These live sessions are archived and available for members to view at any time in the WEN online business member's area on our website. We encourage community interaction via our forum and groups which includes Motivational Mondays where we share our goals for the week. Forum Fridays is where we speak about specific topic's chosen by our moderator and also take the opportunity to congratulate and celebrate each other's wins for the week. WEN host's a monthly book club which focuses on topics in alignment to our framework and our 12 Month Success Road Map. Our book club encourage's personal development and independent learning, and provides member's with the opportunity to socialise with like-minded individuals. Mental and physical wellbeing is something we believe to be a crucial part of business and personal development and so we work towards finding ways to promote mental health and general self care. We currently offer challenges that members are able to take part in to help create a more active and mindful lifestyle. We understand that we need to take this further and will be introducing a variety of different ideas that further enable us to support our members mental health. Our FB Private Group is another place for member's to come together, interact, learn and grow. WEN follow a particular framework which is based on the 5 following pillars: Mindset, Goal Setting, Learning New Skills, Business strategy and taking consistent ACTION to achieving goals.
