Founded in 2021, The Women in Dating Council is a collective of key thought leaders and women executives in the online dating industry. Created in partnership with RealMe, Global Dating Insights (GDI) and the Internet Dating Excellence Association (IDEA), the Women in Dating Council aims to forge a path for greater equity in the online dating industry by providing an inclusive platform to share best practices related to women-centric issues in online dating, offering support through networking opportunities, coaching, and the opportunity to shape the direction of the industry. Our mission is to forge a path for greater equity in the online dating industry by providing 1. an inclusive platform to share best practices related to women-centric issues in online dating, 2. support through networking opportunities, coaching, and mentorship, and 3. the opportunity to guide and shape the direction of the industry.
