At the heart of the Yealand philosophy is service excellence. Yealand Administration was formed in 2008 as a fund administration house, initially to administer the OEICs and Unit Trusts of Sand Aire Limited and dedicated to delivering high quality efficient and professional service to its clients. The company is part of the Yealand Group and is wholly owned by Applerigg Limited, the investment company owned by the Scott family. Yealand now provides administration to four separate Authorised Corporate Directors. We choose to provide administration support to a limited number of clients to ensure that service delivery is in accordance with our philosophy. Our team offers a bespoke service tailored to the specific needs of each client, with a service model encompassing the key areas of application of care, dedicated and accountable administration teams, and a 'one size does not fit all'​ approach.
