Founded in 1972 by Lawrence Joseph Whitty, otherwise known as, Happy Joe. Our pizza and ice cream restaurants offer fun, family dining. Our headquarters are located in Bettendorf, Iowa. We have approximately 50 restaurants in 6 US states - Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Missouri, and Minnesota.
