Now DCS is the latest in Passenger Handling, Departure Control applications. Designed to make travel easier and less stressful, we aspire to simple intuitive touch points for people travelling and for staff using our applications. This simplicity of design means that our screens, processes and even the hardware we use are lean and uncomplicated. This in turn means greater use of mobile technology and less paper, less infrastructure so lower power consumption, no physical network in airports and fewer moving parts so greater reliability - driving lower costs and greater sustainability. Used either in a mobile capacity, at desks or on board the products are fully scalable and can be used by any sized enterprise - Airlines, Airports or Ground Operations Handlers. Now DCS is built on the latest Azure Cloud and Apple iPad technology. Our current product range includes Check In, Boarding, Flight Status, Guest Care and Operations Reporting modules. We have simplified the Check In and Boarding functions by linking directly to airline data through API integration or IATA PNLs and returning PRLs. Our Check In solution will process the IATA Travel Pass and the EU Green Pass after they are deployed. Travel pass checking will be fully integrated into our Boarding Process for passenger and staff efficiency. Flight Status allows team leaders to dynamically monitor their Check In and Boarding operation, enabling decision making to prioritise on time performance. Our Guest Care module empowers cabin crew using iPads on board to satisfy special handling and meal requirements by use of an interactive seat map. Our Operations Reporting enables logistical analysis, provides precise, instant passenger manifests, emergency response reporting and insights. Reporting is web based and can be accessed by anyone on any device with appropriate rights. Now DCS - all you need is an iPad and the Internet.
