Leveraging my extensive knowledge of aviation technology and working with an exceptional team we have produced Now DCS - an amazing, dynamic, Passenger Handling System. The components of Now DCS are Now Check In, Now Boarding, Now Flight Status, Now Guest Services and Now Reporting. Built on the latest technology available and designed optimally for the Azure Cloud, the product suite utilises iPad technology at passenger touch points, enabling a mobile or desk based Check In and the ability to dynamically assign multiple Boarding Agents as needed to individual flights. Now Flight Status allows team leads or colleagues to monitor their operation dynamically, enabling decision making to prioritise on time performance. Alongside the Departure Control elements above, we also offer Now Guest Services, a Cabin Crew briefing application for Crew to use to fulfil special handling and meal requirements for passengers on board or to self brief pre-flight using our interactive iPad passenger seat maps. Now DCS is billed on a per passenger flown basis, and the technology used is completely flexible so it is rapid to deploy and extremely cost effective to use. You only pay for what you use so it suits enterprises of all sizes. iPad users in Check-In, Boarding and Cabin Crew do not need conventional wired networks, so our solution has fewer technology stakeholders and so has less to go wrong, making it more reliable.
