My name is Amelie and I'm living in Hong Kong since 2016. After several years of personal practice, I completed an intense Yoga training in India and I'm now a certified 200RYT. Since then, I'm transmitting my passion in private and small group sessions. The classes are focused on Hatha Yoga with special attention on body alignment. The session are articulated around slow flow sequences, designed for both beginners & intermediate levels. This approach enables participants to sink deeply into each pose and reach body and mind harmony. Let's practice together in group classes, private classes and workshops!
