Born in France, I fell in love with South-East Asia while studying in Manila, Philippines. Many travels and countless adventures later, I finally settled in Hong Kong in 2016 and began my Yoga Journey. After several years of personal Yoga practice, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and took an Intense Yoga training in India in 2019. Initially planned to get a better understanding of Yoga & Meditation, I am now a 200-Hours RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), dedicated to transmit my passion to help others. Continuously exploring Life through a Yoga window, my classes are powerful, playful and heartfelt. Because sharing is caring, my approach it centered on each student well-being, with close attention to details and unlimited patience. Yoga changed my life and mindset in so many ways, it's time to help you with this powerful practice. It's a continuous learning journey, looking forward to sharing it with you!
