The spacious holiday apartment (130 m2) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is on the ground-floor of a stylish villa which was totally rebuilt 8 years ago to the highest standards, using as many of the original materials as possible to maintain the traditional character. Combine Italian architecture with state-of-the art renewable technology to heat/cool and power the house and you have the perfect holiday home – style and authenticity with all the comforts of modern living, run in a way which is more sustainable for our environment and better for the health of our guests.
