• Co-founded an Indian Street Food restaurant that incorporates social impact in its business model. Developed a three-pillar model that focuses on employee well-being, community outreach and cultural awareness. This has resulted in 70% retention rate, food access for approximately 100 individuals over a 4-month period and, increase in awareness about diversity in Indian food for customer served. • Established partnerships with 4 food justice organizations. Through monthly fundraises at the restaurant, money was used to support purchase of 400 lb of rice for an Asian dominant food pantry, provide snacks for 300 LGBTQ+ homeless youth, nutritious school meals for over 50 low income youth, and summer meal packs for 70 children who do not have access to lunch when school is not in session.
