Achievements: Developed and lead quarterly strategy to implement MOQ reduction sourcing activities which generated $3.5 Million in savings yearly in inventory value, increasing site's ITOs, reporting results to site’s director. Increased PPV by 1.8% by running spend/demand analysis, supplier price negotiations, strategic sourcing, etc. Coordinated Data Integrity KOI, achieved and maintained 99.85% of compliance according to Coporate’s target of 99.5% by working with cross functional teams in order to ensure correct parameter set-up. Contributed to develop Supply Chain dashboard to optimize site’s process improvement in the Purchasing direction. Achievements: Contributed to develop optimization process of purchase order delivery via VBA (Visual Basic for applications). Reduced report generation time from 2hrs/day to 5 minutes/day with Excel Macro optimization. Responsabilities: Responsible of SAP project for General Electric, in charge of contacting and sending weekly reports to 500+ external suppliers to ensure that all of the purchase orders that are being placed and shown as open in the system are being received correctly. Ensure that the supply chain does not stop due to lack of materials. In charge of connecting both suppliers and buyers to improve communication and avoid any issues regarding purchase orders.
