Accountabilities Data & Analytics Strategy & Governance ▪ Direct the formulation of the data value proposition, vision and strategy at the group level, ensuring data & analytics is understood as source of true business impact. ▪ Lead the formulation of a group-wide data governance that clarifies data ownership and management roles and accountabilities, and ensure its alignment with the regulatory and industrial requirements (NDMO, GDPR) Group IT Strategy & Governance ▪ Formulate the group-wide IT strategy in a close coordination with the heads of IT of the Group’s SBUs and ensure it is addressing the group’s strategic objectives. ▪ Leads the development of the Group IT governance by defining the roles and accountabilities of the IT functions at the group level across the IT management cycles and putting mechanisms that allow to control the compliance with this governance. Data Engineering, Operations and Analytics ▪ Play a role of a strategic business advisor and understand the group business owners objectives and challenges to propose added value business insights and advanced analytics that enables strategic decision making. ▪ Direct the data architecturing, engineering, and operations to deliver data and analytics to the group businesses and customers Group IT Architecture and Business Partnership ▪ Lead the development of the Group-level IT architecture that defines the landscape of the IT infrastructure, applications and interfaces and put the guidelines for developing, operating and maintaining the IT solutions ▪ Oversee the IT Business Partners of different SBUs and makes sure of their alignment with the group level IT strategy Digital Security and Compliance ▪ Ensure the compliance of the Data and IT assets used by the Holding with the policies and regulations defined by the Group Cybersecurity division
