·       Developed and executed the company growth strategy, delivering 30% revenue growth yearly. Leading the organization toward a strategic objective of doubling revenue by 2030 while maintaining profitability targets. ·       Own full P&L responsibility and present monthly financial performance, business forecasts, and strategic initiatives. ·       Manage multi-site operational excellence across five locations (Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, Petro Rabigh, and Ras Al Khair), driving business performance, and strategic alignment. ·       Lead and monitor organizational objectives, KPIs, and performance across key functions including Supply Chain Management, Trading, Sales, Marketing, Maintenance, QHSE, and Human Resources. ·       Established and strengthened long-term strategic partnerships with major industrial organizations including Saudi Aramco, Ma'aden, Petro Rabigh, and SABIC. ·       Optimize asset utilization and operational efficiency across multiple facilities. ·       Manage and grow key strategic accounts including Saudi Aramco, Halliburton, SLB (Schlumberger), SABIC, Ma'aden, SWCC, and Sadara, ·       Ensure full compliance with corporate governance requirements, group policies, operational standards, and regulatory obligations.

• Lead the development and the transformation of the company ( strategy , business development , shared services and GRC) • Lead the discussion and agreement with Maaden contract SAR 50M for three years contract. • Lead the projects tendering with Aramco, SABIC , Riyadh region municipality and other regions municipalities. • Lead the strategic initiative of establishing the (integrated waste management facility for industrial and medical hazardous waste in Saudia Arabia ) with Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.

• Define future mandate of SWCC with all related frameworks and operating model. • Developing Transformation Strategy to implement the new mandate . • Developing commercial agreement for water sector companies including (production-storing-transmission-distribution-collection-treatment). • Establishing special purpose vehicle (SPV) for SWCC projects including wells and dams( PPP). • Leading the development of the governance function and performance management.

• Leading the Strategy Management Office - Strategy development (Vision, Mission, Goals, Objectives, Values and enablers). • Ensure alignment of “Tanmiah” Strategy with key stakeholders’ strategies such as PIF, NEOM, AMALA, RED SEA and all public investment fund (PIF) development projects. • Develop strategic objectives, cascading objectives, initiatives, performance analysis, performance management frameworks, balance scorecard, business plan and annual operating plan. • Review and update “Tanmiah” mandate with new assigned projects and updated scope. • Raised the strategy and performance awareness through awareness sessions and communication. • Fulfil the requirement of NEOM’s international investors about community development.

• Develop company local content Strategy and identify key focus sector for the industrial investment. • Build the Local content division including (strategy, structure, staffing, budget and business plan) • Identify the industrial investment opportunities and identify the potential investment partners. • Evaluate the opportunities, • Support building factories in MODON industrial cities related to military industries. ( Armoring vechiles in Riyadh & body armoing in alkharj ). • Manage the stakeholder engagement such as government entities, government companies, private sectors, International companies …...etc.

• • Participate in the development of National Industrial Strategy -NIS • Lead the engagement with National Industrial Development and Logistics Program-NIDLP to enhance the local content by localizing strategic industries. • Establish collaboration with key stakeholders such as (PIF , Aramco ,SABIC, SAGIA, SWCC, SEC, NICDP, RCJY, Marafiq, petrorabigh and Sadara) to localize strategic industries such as downstream chemicals, engineering plastics, Gas turbine and water sector including the Industrial wastewater treatment. • Develop and Implement the stakeholder’s engagement processes. • Manage the development of the business plan cycle 1+3, templates, guidelines, internal workshop and the consolidation of the business plan 2018-2020.

• Assessed the impact of energy subsidies provided to the private sector (focus on petrochemical sector) and recommended new subsidies reform policies (part of the Energy Efficiency Program – lead by the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources). Policy reforms were approved and enforced during 2016. • Improved the regulation and the requirements of recycling industries which was implemented in 2016 after conducting a full study about plastics recycling in KSA. • Conduct a comparison study between recycling industries in KSA with recycling industries in Europe, American, Australia and GCC. Finally, suggested recommendation on rules and regulation and presented it to the minister. • Linked universities and R&D centers to the industries by assigning industrial problems and challenges to R&D centers and universities i.e Petrorabigh heavy glycols assigned as project for graduated chemical engineering students in king Abdulaziz University. • Established effective communication channels with public/private stakeholders by conduction workshops for recycling and downstream i.e Dow downstream workshop. • Reached an agreement with ICIS to sign contract for publishing market polymer prices and outlook for MENA region on monthly basis and change the cost from 2 MM$ to Zero.

• Established the company. • Secured funding through SIDF and commercial loans. • Hired staff in the company and key positions such as project manager, HR manager and financial manager. • Assignee contractor to build the foundry with project cost over 200 million SAR.
