Meet regularly with the Investment Committee to discuss new investment issues (increase capital, buying new shares exiting investments..etc). Report key operating events to management, mostly on economic and legal environment updates. Conduct Financial modeling; Valuation; Structuring; Due diligence; SWOT analysis. Developed and recommended investment policies and strategy updates. Review and monitor risk characteristics and compliance with the company investment guidelines before and after investing.
