- Deputed as Purchasing consultant (by Tata Technologies) for PSA project (CMP smart car) for preparing costing against interim BoM. - Built & proposed 100% localisation strategy. - Make vs Buy strategy for Body In White (BIW) panels (In-house vs Indian suppliers) - Supplier panel proposal for Stamped parts, Body mechanism parts/propitiatory parts & Chassis parts - PSA Citroen 208/308 model tear down and costing of BIW, Chassis & Mechanism parts and creating supplier cost targets for 100% localization - Responsible for providing Tooling Cost sheet of each parts and challenging Engineering for Design to Cost adoption - VAVE idea generation during the designing phase to achieve best cost competitiveness

- Effective management of Gudgeon Pin development for Honda, Ford, Nissan, Tata Cummins Limited, Ashok Leyland & Hero Moto. - Preparing the Machining sequence/Heat treatment cycle for case carburising for new parts development as per drawing specifications - Active participation in APQP meetings, finalizing the operation sequence, PFMEA, Control plan, MSA & carrying out Cp/Cpk study for new development parts (responsible for PPAP sign off from customer) - Plant SPOC for customer concerns and closing them by preparing 8D, CAPA, Why-Why analysis.
