 Lead and Manage the Indirect purchasing team (3 TM- Officer Positions) providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure high-quality, efficient, and effective procurement services.  Manage 60+ suppliers PAN India, Secure alternative suppliers to get effective prices.  Possess Independent decision making and price negotiation & settlement.  RFX activities for Benchmarking & cost estimation or reverse biding.  Proficient knowledge on P2P process, price Finalization, release purchase order/work order, Management approvals, JD data management, PO release, Payment tracking, Debit and credit note, Supplementary working MIS etc. (Capital goods and Spares, Indirect Materials, Fabrication Work, Utility Project and Consumable).  Collaboration with user for Drawing, Scope of work, technical assistance/support, specification and checklist.  For Service Contract of Equipment, Machin and Staff Welfare, establish terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, scope of work, management approval and award Contract.  Sourcing activity to drive cost reduction in sustainable and holistic way.  Plan and handle Shutdowns / Breakdowns / maintenance activity of plant.  Ensure the achievement of yearly target (KPI) of the department defined by the management.  Post PO and Contract issue, Manage and tracking the Logistics: -  Review and Negotiates Yearly contracts with suppliers and facilitate legal review/support. (Logistics, GA & Staff Welfare, Utility-Facility Repair & Maintenance)  Identify, select, and maintain logistic Vendor and achieved optimum costs and service qualities.  Strategy in order to meet on time deliveries within budget and within a predefined scope  Work closely with finance (Invoicing/on time payment activities)
