As the Chairman of Cricket Indonesia, I've reached significant milestones in the cricket world, including recognition from the International Cricket Council (ICC) and securing 1 Gold Medal, 2 Silver Medals, and 1 Bronze Medal at the SEA Games Cambodia 2023. In 2017, while acting as the Team Manager, I successfully led the Women's Cricket Team to Silver and the Men's Team to Bronze Medals at the SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We achieved an impressive World Ranking of 20 in the ICC Women's Team and received official recognition from the Indonesian government, solidifying cricket's status as an official game at the PON Games. Contributing to one of the most rapid cricket developments in the Asia-Pacific Region, we made a historic debut at the Hangzhou Asian Games. This role as Chairman places me alongside high-profile leaders in Indonesia, as all sports organizations in the country are typically led by influential politicians, ministers, business figures, former generals or public personalities. My skills in nonprofit organizations, analytical thinking, business planning, and operations management have played a pivotal role in these achievements. This than resulted global success and a growth of more than 200.000 new cricketer in 20 provinces in Indonesia in just 8 years. I'm dedicated to continuing to drive positive change in the world of sports and am eager to explore opportunities for collaboration and further cricket development.
