Our Dance classes are a fun and light hearted for both the inexperienced and experienced dancer. A fun introduction to the world of dance focusing on creative movement, classroom environment, and rhythm. Infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style, personality, face animation, and expression to the movements. Few dance form requires students to have muscle control, strength and stamina to successfully perform moves. Therefore the class may include upper and lower body conditioning as well as a rigorous warm-up to help prepare students for more intense movements.
