Adam B Rosen

Adam's practice primarily entails the valuation and resolution of claims involving: ownership, management, and vendor services and operations of residential and commercial buildings and properties, along with security company liability, and restaurant liability such as food poisoning and Dram Shop claims; construction accidents and defects, inclusive of New York Labor Law claims; and indemnity and insurance procurement issues associated with third-party personal injury and property damage claims. Adam's practice has included: commercial motor vehicle liability; petroleum transport and delivery, such as New York Navigation Law claims; and products liability defense. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Adam's practice also included commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense.
