-Primary objective is the development and successful launch of new products that expand into categories that are new for the organization. -Charged with identifying opportunities for innovative new products, which involves a constant attention to market trends and new technologies, like attending consumer product trade shows and seminars while keeping an eye and ear on market literature and other forums. -Develops methodologies for responsible decision-making based on quantitative market data, competitive analysis, and consumer research. -Leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams, including: Engineering, Sourcing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Manufacturer partners. -Organizes and conducts interactive consumer trials, leading the participant sessions and communicating feedback to internal partners. -The representative and advocate for these new products across ACCO’s regional sales organizations and go-to-market vendor channels. -Responsible for creation of comprehensive program updates and presentations within phase-gate process. -Manages communication of projects across the organization, including regular cadence with senior global leadership and board of directors.
