Mr. McMullin led Hill-Rom’s healthcare IT and services business with full P&L responsibility. Key enterprise and cloud-based solutions include nursing communications, patient engagement, Real-Time Locating Systems, obstetrical data management, hand hygiene compliance and patient safety solutions. Sales are direct with select reseller and distributor partnerships in the US, Canada and the Middle East. In this role, Mr. McMullin led the transformation of the sales and services organizations and implemented an improved new product development process based on the Pragmatic Marketing and Agile frameworks. Sourced and completed an acquisition of a cloud based platform and divested a legacy business. Under his leadership the business grew ahead of the market and significantly increased earnings.
