Most recently, I have been appointed into a dually focused role to oversee the core systems (ERP, CRM) of the company as well as product/services aspects with direct top line and bottom-line impact. I oversee purchasing and manufacturing and partner closely with sales leadership while managing a $15M international purchasing budget. ➟ Implemented more than 25 processes to enhance scalability and growth, encompassing product development, customer and vendor onboarding, royalties collection, drop-shipping, custom products, e-commerce integration, third-party fulfillment, bill approval, and product acceptance testing, among others. ➟ Built the operational infrastructure and corresponding reporting to deliver customized filings and achieve compliance with new ATF regulations reflecting transactions in all 50 states. This fast action helped to safeguard $16M of annual revenue generated via US commerce. ➟ Optimized sales, billing, purchasing, manufacturing, and inventory management processes and data capture resulting in increased customer upsell opportunities, $500K+ in AR collections, cost controls, and scrap and inventory transparency. ➟ Scoped, selected, negotiated, and managed a $5M project for FDA Pre-Market Application (PMTA), including in-vitro and in-vivo, product composition and perception studies, as well as ongoing FDA applications. ➟ Partnered with a consulting firm to spearhead the on-time implementation of NetSuite ERP and CRM during the pandemic lockdown, which involved training for 50+ users operating 45 locations, 9 contract manufacturers, 4 subsidiaries, 1K+ finished products, and 2K+ components. NetSuite customization is ongoing.
