Led team of product management and production specialists to leverage VMN’s creative DNA and develop innovative multi-platform advertising products that engaged fans and ignited brands. • Developed strategies, collected requirements, generated use cases, and drove development for all VMN digital advertising products across desktop, tablet and mobile platforms. • Drove strategy and development for VMN’s “Video Wall” large canvas interactive advertising product line. Managed all aspects of Video Wall strategy, product development, process development, training, and product rollout to VMN advertising sales and marketplace. • Drove product and production process overhaul for all VMN mobile advertising products across mobile web and app environments on tablet and smartphone platforms.
Joined MTV Networks Digital Advertising Sales team in a newly created strategic leadership position focused on standardizing MTVN’s digital advertising product line-up and development processes in order to address critical MTVN business needs. • Developed and drove the implementation of key digital advertising product strategies for MTVN properties – including MTV, VH1, CMT, Comedy Central, Spike, South Park Studios, Nickelodeon, and AddictingGames – across desktop and mobile platforms. • Developed innovative strategies and led product requirements and implementation of MTVN’s first-ever data-driven audience advertising products.
Co-founded John Q Media, an online media and marketing company that curated and marketed digital video content. • Bootstrapped JohnQ with $1MM in angel investment and assembled a small and nimble team of marketers and technologists.
